Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in hotel management
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and P&L responsibility
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in hotel management or a related field
  • A passion for guest service and a hands-on approach to problem solving
  • Ability to be accountable to your role and be able to hold others accountable for theirs
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and lead
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management

Job Duties

  • Oversee all day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring high quality of service
  • Foster a positive, inclusive work environment where every team member feels valued and supported
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate leaders and teammates to meet and exceed performance goals
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and safety regulations
  • Identify opportunities and execute strategies to drive revenue and manage costs
  • Lead recruitment and selection process for all teammates at your hotel
