Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in hotel management
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and P&L responsibility
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in hotel management or a related field
- A passion for guest service and a hands-on approach to problem solving
- Ability to be accountable to your role and be able to hold others accountable for theirs
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and lead
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
Job Duties
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring high quality of service
- Foster a positive, inclusive work environment where every team member feels valued and supported
- Lead, mentor, and motivate leaders and teammates to meet and exceed performance goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and safety regulations
- Identify opportunities and execute strategies to drive revenue and manage costs
- Lead recruitment and selection process for all teammates at your hotel
