Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate staff
- Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite in Fort Mill, SC
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management, preferably in an upscale space
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Ability to manage complex operations, including food and beverage outlets
- Experience working with branded and independent hotel properties is a plus
