Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate staff
  • Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work onsite in Fort Mill, SC

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hotel management, preferably in an upscale space
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for hospitality and guest experience
  • Ability to manage complex operations, including food and beverage outlets
  • Experience working with branded and independent hotel properties is a plus
