Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- At least five years of experience in hotel management or similar hospitality roles
- Strong financial acumen and reporting skills
- Ability to work onsite full time in Jackson, MS
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to hotel operations
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum five years of hotel management experience or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations and financial management
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with boutique or luxury hotel settings is a plus
Job Duties
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, rooms division, food and beverage, and group sales
- Manage financial performance including budgeting and reporting
- Train, lead, and motivate hotel staff to provide outstanding guest service
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Coordinate with event planning teams to ensure successful events at THE GALLERY
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to feedback promptly
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards
