OS Hotel is an exciting new boutique hotel located in Ocean Springs, Mississippi, set to open its doors in late April 2025. This establishment offers a unique hospitality experience centered in the vibrant historic art district, just a short distance away from the beautiful Ocean Springs Front Beach. Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least five years of experience in hotel management or similar hospitality roles
  • Strong financial acumen and reporting skills
  • Ability to work onsite full time in Jackson, MS
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to hotel operations

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum five years of hotel management experience or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations and financial management
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience with boutique or luxury hotel settings is a plus

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, rooms division, food and beverage, and group sales
  • Manage financial performance including budgeting and reporting
  • Train, lead, and motivate hotel staff to provide outstanding guest service
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with event planning teams to ensure successful events at THE GALLERY
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to feedback promptly
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards
