Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of all facets of hotel operations and sales
  • 4+ years of hotel experience
  • 2+ years in hotel management
  • communicative, approachable, motivating, positive personality
  • proven leadership ability to manage multiple properties
  • excellent organization, sales, marketing, financial presentation and operational skills
  • knowledge of human resource guidelines and laws

Job Duties

  • Hiring, coaching, concealing and termination of all department heads and designated staff members
  • conducting all General Manager role in current designated hotel as full oversite
  • provide comprehensive oversight of the hotel division
  • provide excellent service and products to guests
  • provide a work environment that is fun, challenging, and safe
  • support each hotel's operation with training and guidelines for team members
  • provide tools to hotel operation team to prove great customer service
  • develop and carry out action plans to improve operations
  • work closely with corporate executives to grow the business
  • support and implement company-wide initiatives
  • create a positive culture that results in strong associate satisfaction and engagement, low turnover and high productivity
  • ensure successful P&L performance, cost controls, and spending guidelines
  • ensure standard operating procedures and code of conduct are followed
  • other duties as assigned
