Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years stable management experience in hotel, motel, or restaurant management
- passion for recruiting and developing strong team members
- strong customer satisfaction skills
- previous success driving sales
- experience with full P&L management
- knowledge of facilities management
- computer proficiency including Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- successful passing of background check
- valid driver’s license
