Job Requirements

  • 3+ years hotel guest relations management experience
  • 1-year Corporate Lodging experience
  • 1-year Choice Advantage experience
  • 1-year night audit experience
  • Housekeeping knowledge
  • Food service knowledge
  • Microsoft including Outlook and Excel, Medallia and Lanyon
  • 3rd party OTA managing experience

  • 3+ years hotel guest relations management experience
  • 1-year Corporate Lodging experience
  • 1-year Choice Advantage experience, Choice property management experience preferred
  • 1-year night audit experience
  • Housekeeping knowledge
  • Food service knowledge
  • Microsoft including Outlook and Excel, Medallia and Lanyon
  • 3rd party OTA managing experience

Job Duties

  • Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance
  • Work as part of the team - no I in team atmosphere
  • Answer telephone calls from guests seeking to make or cancel hotel reservations
  • Work with Rooms Manager to ensure all rooms are clean and ready
  • Complete all guest rewards and other assigned training
  • Deal with difficult guests/work well under pressure
  • Keep Maintenance and all Team Members informed of all maintenance issue requests
  • Cash handling
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and team members, reporting any issues to managers
  • Create Front Office schedules
  • Willingness to learn all departments and assist as needed
  • Provide guest with access to hotel services
  • Other duties as assigned
