Job Requirements
- 3+ years hotel guest relations management experience
- 1-year Corporate Lodging experience
- 1-year Choice Advantage experience
- 1-year night audit experience
- Housekeeping knowledge
- Food service knowledge
- Microsoft including Outlook and Excel, Medallia and Lanyon
- 3rd party OTA managing experience
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel guest relations management experience
- 1-year Corporate Lodging experience
- 1-year Choice Advantage experience, Choice property management experience preferred
- 1-year night audit experience
- Housekeeping knowledge
- Food service knowledge
- Microsoft including Outlook and Excel, Medallia and Lanyon
- 3rd party OTA managing experience
Job Duties
- Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance
- Work as part of the team - no I in team atmosphere
- Answer telephone calls from guests seeking to make or cancel hotel reservations
- Work with Rooms Manager to ensure all rooms are clean and ready
- Complete all guest rewards and other assigned training
- Deal with difficult guests/work well under pressure
- Keep Maintenance and all Team Members informed of all maintenance issue requests
- Cash handling
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and team members, reporting any issues to managers
- Create Front Office schedules
- Willingness to learn all departments and assist as needed
- Provide guest with access to hotel services
- Other duties as assigned
