Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management
  • Experience managing mid-market branded hotels
  • Ability to work full-time in person at Denton, Texas location
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Flexible and able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

  • Proven experience as a hotel general manager in a mid-market branded hotel
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Duties

  • Oversee all day-to-day hotel operations

  • Develop and manage budgets to optimize financial performance

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
