Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Manager in full-service or lifestyle hotel environment
  • Experience with boutique, independent or soft-branded properties preferred
  • Demonstrated strong food and beverage operational capability
  • Proven success in P&L management and financial performance
  • Ability to lead team development and enforce accountability
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for external representation

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years as a General Manager in full-service or lifestyle hotel environment
  • Experience in boutique, independent, or soft-branded hotels preferred
  • Strong food and beverage operational knowledge
  • Proven P&L ownership and financial acumen
  • Excellent leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with ownership and local stakeholders

Job Duties

  • Lead overall hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experience and financial performance
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth with a focus on food and beverage operations
  • Manage profit and loss statements and financial controls for consistent business performance
  • Foster a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and staff development
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with ownership, stakeholders, and local community partners
  • Represent the hotel externally to enhance brand presence and local market connections
  • Oversee food and beverage outlets to maximize operational efficiency and quality of service
