Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Manager in full-service or lifestyle hotel environment
- Experience with boutique, independent or soft-branded properties preferred
- Demonstrated strong food and beverage operational capability
- Proven success in P&L management and financial performance
- Ability to lead team development and enforce accountability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for external representation
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years as a General Manager in full-service or lifestyle hotel environment
- Experience in boutique, independent, or soft-branded hotels preferred
- Strong food and beverage operational knowledge
- Proven P&L ownership and financial acumen
- Excellent leadership and team development skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with ownership and local stakeholders
Job Duties
- Lead overall hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experience and financial performance
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth with a focus on food and beverage operations
- Manage profit and loss statements and financial controls for consistent business performance
- Foster a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and staff development
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with ownership, stakeholders, and local community partners
- Represent the hotel externally to enhance brand presence and local market connections
- Oversee food and beverage outlets to maximize operational efficiency and quality of service
