Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of general manager experience
  • experience at a premium-branded hotel is preferred
  • excellent customer service skills
  • strong leadership capabilities

  • ability to solve problems and make decisions
  • reliable and able to multi-task
  • ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of general manager experience
  • experience at a premium-branded hotel such as Marriott Hilton Choice Hyatt or IHG is preferred
  • excellent customer service skills as well as a business mindset
  • demonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
  • outstanding leadership skills and a great attention to detail
  • ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Supervise work at all levels and set clear objectives
  • manage expenses and monitor sales and profits for both the hotel and restaurant
  • provide exceptional customer service to all hotel guests making their stay comfortable and accommodating while achieving team and brand goals
  • recruit select and develop strong team members
  • deal with maintenance issues shortages in staff or equipment
  • support team members to ensure the team’s entire workload is completed daily
  • inspect facilities regularly and enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards
  • perform other duties as required
