Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of general manager experience
- experience at a premium-branded hotel is preferred
- excellent customer service skills
- strong leadership capabilities

- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of general manager experience
- experience at a premium-branded hotel such as Marriott Hilton Choice Hyatt or IHG is preferred
- excellent customer service skills as well as a business mindset
- demonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- outstanding leadership skills and a great attention to detail
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Supervise work at all levels and set clear objectives
- manage expenses and monitor sales and profits for both the hotel and restaurant
- provide exceptional customer service to all hotel guests making their stay comfortable and accommodating while achieving team and brand goals
- recruit select and develop strong team members
- deal with maintenance issues shortages in staff or equipment
- support team members to ensure the team’s entire workload is completed daily
- inspect facilities regularly and enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards
- perform other duties as required
