Job Requirements
- 3+ years of hotel management experience
- Experience in Food & Beverage operations
- Proficiency with PMS and POS systems
- Experience with hotel financial management including budgeting and payroll
- Experience managing events such as weddings or retreats
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of hotel management experience (boutique or independent properties preferred)
- Strong background in Food & Beverage operations
- Proficiency in PMS/POS systems
- Experience with hotel financials, budgeting, payroll, and KPI tracking
- Experience managing weddings, retreats, or group events
- A “player-coach” leadership style with flexibility to work floor shifts, weekends, evenings, and on-call as needed
- Service-driven, organized, resilient, and calm under pressure
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Events, Housekeeping, HR, and Maintenance
- Maintain a strong on-the-floor presence, especially during peak check-ins and F&B service
- Lead the F&B program including menus, pricing, vendor selection, beverage oversight, and inventory control
- Supervise the Bar Manager and Chef to ensure COGS targets and service standards are met
- Manage recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, team training, scheduling, and payroll approval
- Monitor guest feedback and lead service recovery to ensure a polished guest experience
- Track and manage KPIs including Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and Labor %
- Oversee budgeting, purchasing, and cost controls to maximize profitability
- Partner with the Event Manager on weddings and retreats
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure the 35-room historic property remains pristine
