Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of hotel management experience
  • Experience in Food & Beverage operations
  • Proficiency with PMS and POS systems
  • Experience with hotel financial management including budgeting and payroll
  • Experience managing events such as weddings or retreats
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S.

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hotel management experience (boutique or independent properties preferred)
  • Strong background in Food & Beverage operations
  • Proficiency in PMS/POS systems
  • Experience with hotel financials, budgeting, payroll, and KPI tracking
  • Experience managing weddings, retreats, or group events
  • A “player-coach” leadership style with flexibility to work floor shifts, weekends, evenings, and on-call as needed
  • Service-driven, organized, resilient, and calm under pressure
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Events, Housekeeping, HR, and Maintenance
  • Maintain a strong on-the-floor presence, especially during peak check-ins and F&B service
  • Lead the F&B program including menus, pricing, vendor selection, beverage oversight, and inventory control
  • Supervise the Bar Manager and Chef to ensure COGS targets and service standards are met
  • Manage recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, team training, scheduling, and payroll approval
  • Monitor guest feedback and lead service recovery to ensure a polished guest experience
  • Track and manage KPIs including Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and Labor %
  • Oversee budgeting, purchasing, and cost controls to maximize profitability
  • Partner with the Event Manager on weddings and retreats
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure the 35-room historic property remains pristine
