Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management or senior hospitality role
- Demonstrated experience managing sales, marketing and revenue management
- Financial management skills including budgeting and forecasting
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to ensure compliance with safety, legal and brand standards
- Availability to participate in regular meetings and property inspections
- Proficiency with hotel management software and financial reporting tools
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field
- Proven experience in hotel management or a senior leadership role within hospitality
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and forecasts
- Experience in sales and marketing strategy development and execution
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership and team development abilities
- Familiarity with brand standards and quality assurance protocols
- Ability to analyze financial statements and operational data
- Proficient in property maintenance and regulatory compliance
Job Duties
- Direct the development and execution of strategic sales, marketing and revenue management initiatives
- Participate in daily and weekly revenue strategies
- Support ongoing sales efforts by direct participation and supporting the sales team
- Respond quickly to changing market conditions and revise strategies accordingly
- Manage costs to achieve gross operating profit goals using financial tools
- Produce accurate and timely revenue and GOP projections
- Evaluate monthly financial statements and complete variance reports
- Develop annual business plans including operating budget, sales and marketing plan and capital plan
- Oversee high volume food and beverage operations ensuring service and brand compliance
- Work with tenants to meet contractual obligations and maximize profitability
- Interact regularly with guests and team members to drive satisfaction and engagement
- Ensure preventive maintenance and deep cleaning programs are in place and conduct property inspections
- Interview, hire, train and supervise department managers
- Develop departmental improvement plans
- Operate property to pass all brand quality assurance and regulatory inspections
- Manage human resources functions including recruiting, coaching, discipline and recognition
- Comply with all legal and brand policies including safety and training
- Conduct daily standups and regular team meetings to promote communication
- Adhere to Legacy Ventures service standards and policies
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
