Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 5 years of progressive hotel management experience
- Proven success in revenue generation and guest service initiatives
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license for hotel location
- Ability to assimilate complex data and apply problem-solving
- Skills in financial data analysis
- Demonstrated leadership and time management capabilities
- Ability to travel locally and regionally

Job Duties
- Lead property revenue generation through sales and marketing efforts
- Maintain strong local market knowledge and relationships
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service agreements
- Review financial reports and develop strategies to improve performance
- Coach and support team to manage occupancy, rates, and expenses
- Hire team members with strong expertise and leadership
- Provide training and feedback to support team proficiency
- Foster open and collaborative relationships with team members
- Ensure guest satisfaction through service strategy implementation
- Interface regularly with customers to obtain feedback
- Analyze service issues and implement creative solutions
