Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in front office or hospitality operations
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds

  • Familiarity with emergency procedures and safety protocols

Job Duties

  • Supervise front desk operations ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs
  • Train and guide front desk agents to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Address guest requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Manage guest reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and handling inquiries
  • Handle guest complaints calmly and efficiently ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Assign shifts and schedule breaks for front desk staff ensuring adequate coverage
  • Coach and develop front desk agents maintaining high performance standards
  • Assist in recruiting and hiring front desk staff as needed
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance and conduct reviews
  • Oversee check-in and check-out procedures ensuring accurate guest information
  • Process room charges, payments, and credits accurately
  • Perform cash handling duties maintaining register safety and accuracy
  • Review arrival and departure lists accommodating special guest requests
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and marketing teams
  • Resolve billing issues and coordinate with accounting department
  • Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and room assignments
  • Prepare daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and confidentiality protocols
  • Manage guest room key security, lost and found, and hotel property
