Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of front desk or hospitality-related customer service experience is strongly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Job Duties

  • Assist the Front Office Management with overseeing all front office operations
  • Ensure profitability and control costs
  • Meet quality standards to ensure total guest satisfaction
  • Supervise front desk and valet staff
  • Greet guests and manage check-ins and check-outs
  • Handle guest requests and complaints
  • Manage group check-ins
