Job Duties
- Coordinates and manages front desk duties, supervising team members on scheduling, training, assigning, and directing work, and overall performance, and organizes operations and procedures, ensuring operations comply with company policies and programs
- Responsible for all front desk guest relations, including addressing and resolving guest and team member complaints, and responding to guest inquiries
- Responsible for managing all front office software and hardware systems, and became an expert on the property management system
- Reconcile all monthly OTA and direct bill accounts, review operating and sales reports to determine necessary changes to the operations to realize revenue maximization and financial success
- Coordinate with support managers for compliance with policies, merchandise mix, and inventory
