Job Requirements
- Two years of guest service experience
- Ability to interact effectively with team members and guests
- Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to understand and follow verbal directives and written directions

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Registers hotel guests by welcoming guests, retrieving credit card information, entering guest information into database, providing hotel room information and keys
- Provides guests with service by assisting with transportation, wake up calls, room service requests, offering casino information, promotions, contests, giveaways and concerts, resolving guest disputes, treating guests in a friendly manner
- Provides accounting of transactions during shift by entering cash transactions into property management system, counting currency, logging guest discounts, vouchers, VIP points and credit cards on cashier drop worksheet, balancing money drawer against cashier report, reporting discrepancies
- Maintains a professional department image by communicating professionally in team and business interactions, securing confidential data, performing other duties as assigned
