Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in hotel front office or guest services
- At least 1 year supervisory experience
- Familiarity with hotel property management systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years of hotel front office or guest services experience
- At least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Familiarity with hotel property management systems and reservation software
- Previous customer service or hospitality management experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven leadership abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Duties
- Supervise front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs
- Train and provide guidance to front desk agents
- Address guest requests and issues promptly
- Assist in managing guest reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
- Provide excellent customer service, resolving guest complaints professionally
- Assign shifts and break schedules for front desk staff
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance
- Oversee accurate processing of transactions and cash handling
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and accounting departments
- Maintain accurate records and prepare daily reports
- Ensure staff adherence to safety and security protocols
