Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College degree in hospitality management preferred
- Candidate must have at least one year of hotel or hospitality experience
- Minimum of one year supervisory or lead experience
- Experience with collective bargaining environments preferred
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite required
- Knowledge of hotel property management system is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette, customer service and people skills relating to both internal and external guests
- Must have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with persons of diverse backgrounds
- Indoor environment
- Long periods of standing and walking
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push/pull up to 150 pounds
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and varied hours

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist with the selection, training, evaluation, and disciplinary actions of hotel front desk leads, agents, bell person, while creating an effective employee retention program
- Creates schedules, tracks attendance, reviews time edit sheets, and tracks hours worked for payroll reports
- Works with hotel management team to ensure optimal business and guest service experiences
- Handles complaints, problems and requests by guests in a timely manner, and keeps guest satisfaction, pmrc integrity, reputation and policies in mind
- Successfully check guests in and out of guest rooms, conduct all necessary guest transactions, and front desk reports in an expeditious manner
