Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of hotel front desk experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle high-volume customer service environments
  • Commitment to uphold safety and security protocols
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • Prior high-volume customer service experience
  • Two years of hotel front desk experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to deliver a service level which creates a positive and memorable guest experience
  • Commitment to exceed position responsibilities to support organizational goals
  • Ability to present excitement and enthusiasm while maintaining professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and teamwork orientation

Job Duties

  • Ensure the safety and security of employees and customers
  • Supervise programs and processes to reduce and control loss time injuries
  • Review staffing levels to maintain budgeted levels of employment
  • Delegate authority and assign responsibilities
  • Develop staff, train, and evaluate
  • Manage departments financial data and maintain all master accounts
  • Review front desk shift activities with Front Office Manager
  • Meet with departmental directors and managers as necessary
  • Adhere to all applicable Innkeepers Laws, gaming promotions, and regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
