Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of hotel front desk experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle high-volume customer service environments
- Commitment to uphold safety and security protocols
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Job Qualifications
- Prior high-volume customer service experience
- Two years of hotel front desk experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to deliver a service level which creates a positive and memorable guest experience
- Commitment to exceed position responsibilities to support organizational goals
- Ability to present excitement and enthusiasm while maintaining professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Strong work ethic and teamwork orientation
Job Duties
- Ensure the safety and security of employees and customers
- Supervise programs and processes to reduce and control loss time injuries
- Review staffing levels to maintain budgeted levels of employment
- Delegate authority and assign responsibilities
- Develop staff, train, and evaluate
- Manage departments financial data and maintain all master accounts
- Review front desk shift activities with Front Office Manager
- Meet with departmental directors and managers as necessary
- Adhere to all applicable Innkeepers Laws, gaming promotions, and regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
