Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience in hotel, tourism, or hospitality
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Ability to resolve conflicts tactfully
  • Knowledge of hotel system software

  • Associates Degree in hotel, tourism, or hospitality or related field or equivalent experience
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence
  • Effective presentation and communication skills with managers, clients, and the general public
  • Ability to interact with guests and staff and resolve conflicts diplomatically
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and ability to interpret bar graphs
  • Knowledge of hotel system software

Job Duties

  • Provide guidance and daily supervision to staff in the department
  • Support and administer operational goals and monitor achievements of performance and profit objectives
  • Adhere to scheduling and coordinate with manager any scheduling concerns with attention to guest satisfaction
  • Support compliance to departmental budgets
  • Actively promote and demonstrate superior customer service in alignment with company standards and programs
  • Ensure team provides high level of quality service standards
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements within area of responsibility
