Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year experience in a hotel front desk or similar customer service role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation management software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage stressful situations calmly
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate, GED recipient, or equivalent
- At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferred
- Experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
- Impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills
- Experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations
- Flexible schedule with availability for mornings, evenings, and weekends
Job Duties
- Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready
- General bookkeeping to ensure all hotel guest account information is accurate and up-to-date
- Take incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings requests, and answer questions about guests' needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests
- Give every guest a warm welcome, check them in, and check them out when they leave, ensuring you provide correct keys and room numbers
