Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • some college preferred
  • previous experience in hotel front desk, hospitality, guest services, or night audit preferred
  • computer proficiency required
  • experience with accounting or reservation software is a bonus
  • ability to work overnight shifts and flexible hours
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong customer service orientation
  • familiarity with Hilton systems and PEP understanding

Job Qualifications

  • Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, guest services, or night audit experience is preferred, but not required
  • must be computer proficient
  • experience with accounting or reservation software is a bonus
  • overnight shift
  • requires flexible hours
  • great communications and excellent customer service skills are required
  • some college is preferred but a high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • must be familiar with Hilton systems and have an understanding of PEP

Job Duties

  • Process additional administrative, bookkeeping, and accounting procedures as required
  • produce and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management, department heads, and general manager
  • verify, audit, and reconcile all financial records such as room charges, cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, final bill preparation, room charges, and occupancy percentages
  • provide exceptional service to all hotel guests during their stay
  • execute front desk clerk duties as required, such as processing reservations and check-ins, delegating housekeeping, security, and service requests, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving guest complaints as needed
