Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years of age
- Nevada Gaming Control Card required
- minimum of 2 years hotel front desk management experience at a high-occupancy resort
- ability to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings
- must adhere to appearance standards including no visible tattoos, piercings or unnatural hair colors
- strong communication skills
- computer proficiency
- ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 21 years of age
- Nevada Gaming Control Card required
- minimum of 2 years experience in hotel front desk management at a high-occupancy resort
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- computer proficient with working knowledge of Infor and LMS preferred
- ability to read and analyze reports and guest folios
- ability to manage hotel inventory and pricing in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- manage the performance of the front desk to meet department and property business objectives
- coach and manage team members to consistently deliver four diamond service to guests
- schedule, train and handle coaching or disciplinary matters in relation to company and department policies
- ensure accurate completion of all shift work according to Atlantis standards
- resolve guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction
- complete reports and projects assigned by hotel management
- collaborate closely with other departments such as PBX, reservations, VIP services and housekeeping
- perform other incidental and related duties as required
