Job Requirements
- 1 to 3 months related experience
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- solid organizational, time-management and prioritization skills
- exceptional customer service skills
- ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- basic computer and administrative skills
- availability to work a flexible schedule
- maintain a valid Driver's License from the state of residence with no major violations

Job Duties
- Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests
- answer telephone
- post charges, compute bill, collect payment, and make change for guests
- make and confirm reservations
- monitor room availability
- block rooms
- program wake-up calls
- handle guest mail and messages
- perform check-out services
- open and close shifts making cash drops as necessary
- maintain market stock and coffee area as needed
- provide information pertaining to hotel services such as restaurant, lounge, room service
- provide guests with directions and local area information
- assist in maintaining lobby cleanliness and surrounding areas
- inspect lobby fixtures and equipment for proper operation and maintenance and report deficiencies
- schedule shuttle runs for guests at hotels with shuttles
- provide safe transportation to guests using hotel shuttle vehicle at select service properties
- perform laundry duties as needed at Fairfield Inn
- maintain continental breakfast including closing and cleaning at Fairfield Inn
