Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one year experience in a similar hotel front desk role
- valid driver’s license
- acceptable driving record with minimum two years driving experience
- ability to lift 50+ pounds
- strong communication skills
- ability to work weekends and evening shifts
- fluency in English
- ability to operate vehicles safely
- excellent customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- One year experience working as a hotel front desk agent
- competent computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- experience using hotel reservation systems such as Lightspeed, FOSSE or OnQ is a plus
- organization skills and attention to detail
- friendly and customer service oriented
- good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- weekend availability
- valid driver’s license
- acceptable driving record with at least two years driving experience
Job Duties
- Greet guests at check-in and complete registration process
- greet guests at check-out and complete check-out process
- demonstrate knowledge of hotel information including room categories and local area
- use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services
- follow acceptable phone etiquette
- respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly
- use attentive listening skills to handle guest complaints
- complete start and end-of-shift tasks and reports
- inform customers about payment methods and verify credit card data
- greet customers in a welcoming and friendly manner
- obey traffic regulations while transporting customers
- remain calm and alert while operating vehicle
- lift luggage and packages
- maintain cleanliness of hotel vehicles
- take vehicles for servicing and fueling
- complete pre-driving checklist for vehicles
