Job Requirements
- Fluency in English language
- Ability to speak, hear, read and write English
- Ability to work any hours/days necessary to meet business requirements
- Ability to stand for entire shift

- Basic arithmetic skills
- Ability to use computer and other standard office equipment
- Maintain calm demeanor when dealing with customer issues
Job Qualifications
- One year experience working as a hotel front desk agent
- Competent computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience using hotel reservation system such as Lightspeed, FOSSE or OnQ is a plus
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Friendly and customer service oriented
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work weekends
Job Duties
- Greet guests at check-in with a smile and warm welcome and complete the registration process
- Greet guests at check-out with a smile and warm greeting and complete the check-out process
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of hotel information and answer guest questions
- Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and loyalty program
- Follow acceptable phone etiquette by answering phone promptly and professionally
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
- Use attentive listening skills when handling guest complaints and escalate if necessary
- Complete designated start and end-of-shift tasks and reports
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify credit card data
