Job Duties

  • Support and train new front desk team members
  • Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally
  • Manage daily tasks like event sheet distribution, business center support, and maintaining the lobby
  • Ensure guest readiness of the front desk area
  • Assist with administrative duties related to the front desk
