- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- good communication skills
- basic knowledge of reservation systems

Job Duties
- Welcome guests with a courteous greeting and register them efficiently
- conduct check-out processes and complete guest departure formalities
- address and resolve guest concerns promptly throughout their hotel stay
- select appropriate rooms based on guest preferences
- promote hotel amenities and services to guests
- issue electronic room keys and manage room assignments
- organize and support marketing programs targeted at incoming guests
- prepare and distribute welcome packets including personalized gifts and tokens of appreciation
