Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferably three to six months of related experience
  • Ability to interact politely and positively with guests and team members
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand, sit, carry or lift up to 50 pounds, walk, bend, twist, and climb stairs as needed

  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Proficiency with property management systems and other related software

  • Communicate clearly and demonstrate a high level of professionalism
  • Share knowledge of local restaurants, entertainment, and sporting events with guests
  • Handle cash responsibly and reliably
  • Use computers, databases, and property management systems to manage front desk operations efficiently
  • Ensure excellent service from guest check-in to check-out
  • Own the front desk area and support overall hotel operations
