Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills PMS experience a plus
  • Ability to handle check-in check-out reservations and guest inquiries
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible to work shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner providing excellent customer service
  • Check guests in and out of their rooms ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist with guest inquiries and requests
  • Make and modify reservations based on guest needs and availability
  • Provide information about hotel facilities and services as well as local attractions and events
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns escalating to the appropriate department if needed
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area including stocking necessary supplies
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience
