Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills PMS experience a plus
- Ability to handle check-in check-out reservations and guest inquiries
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner providing excellent customer service
- Check guests in and out of their rooms ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with guest inquiries and requests
- Make and modify reservations based on guest needs and availability
- Provide information about hotel facilities and services as well as local attractions and events
- Handle guest complaints or concerns escalating to the appropriate department if needed
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area including stocking necessary supplies
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience
