Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Hotel front desk, customer service, or similar work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced computer skills preferred
- Ability to tolerate standing and walking for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push a cart weighing up to 150 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, reach, twist and grip objects
- Good finger movement and color differentiation
- Weekend, holiday, and varied hours availability required

Job Duties
- Ensuring guests are promptly greeted and successfully checked in and checked out of hotel rooms
- Creating accurate reservations for individual guests and groups with room blocks
- Resolving guest concerns and implementing solutions
- Listening and understanding requests, issues, and situations from both guests and staff members
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of property amenities, area attractions, room locations, rates, promotions, and events
