Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Hotel front desk, customer service, or similar work experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Advanced computer skills preferred
  • Ability to tolerate standing and walking for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push a cart weighing up to 150 lbs
  • Ability to stoop, bend, reach, twist and grip objects
  • Good finger movement and color differentiation
  • Weekend, holiday, and varied hours availability required

Job Duties

  • Ensuring guests are promptly greeted and successfully checked in and checked out of hotel rooms
  • Creating accurate reservations for individual guests and groups with room blocks
  • Resolving guest concerns and implementing solutions
  • Listening and understanding requests, issues, and situations from both guests and staff members
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of property amenities, area attractions, room locations, rates, promotions, and events
