Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have hotel front desk, customer service, or similar work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills relating to both internal and external guests are required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required and advanced computer skills are preferred
- Knowledge of Micros Opera property management system is a plus, but not necessary
- Must have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with persons of diverse backgrounds
- Must be able to tolerate standing and walking for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push a cart weighing up to 150 lbs is required
- Must be able to stoop, bend, reach, twist and grip objects, have good finger movement, and differentiate colors
- Weekend, holiday, and varied hours may apply

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in hotel front desk, customer service, or similar roles
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Strong customer service skills with internal and external guests

Job Duties
- Ensuring guests are promptly greeted and successfully checked in and checked out of hotel rooms
- Creating accurate reservations for individual guests and groups with room blocks
- Resolving guest concerns and implementing solutions
- Listening and understanding requests, issues, and situations from both guests and staff members
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of property amenities, area attractions, room locations, rates, promotions, and events
