Job Requirements
- Graduation from high school or equivalent
- Prior hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations accurately
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Ability to use a computer system for data entry
- Physical ability to stand and move throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Availability for flexible shift scheduling
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- Prior hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Skill in the use of a calculator and mathematical calculations
- Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally and in writing
- Ability to access and accurately input information using computer systems
- Ability to deal with customers requiring patience, tact, and diplomacy
- Able to observe and respond to emergency situations
Job Duties
- Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome
- Complete the registration process by inputting and retrieving information from a computer system
- Verify and imprint credit cards for authorization and handle cash transactions
- Promptly answer the telephone and input messages into the computer
- Close guest accounts at check-out and ensure guest satisfaction
- Field guest complaints and resolve complications with discretion
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and maintain a neat appearance
