Job Duties
- Pay is $23 per hour plus OT
- Travel out of area for 8 to 12 weeks relieving other restaurant supervisor
- Deal effectively with guests, employees and management
- Manages various shifts in outlets
- Creates weekly shift schedules
- Work weekends and holidays
- Withstand prolonged standing, stretching, bending and walking
- Attend company meetings as required
- Oversee standards of service and ensure they are properly maintained
- Handle accordingly when standards are not met
