Job Requirements

  • associates or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • minimum 3 years experience in food or beverage outlet
  • previous supervisory experience a plus
  • experience in hotel environment highly desired
  • ability to follow established menu and service standards
  • ability to train associates
  • ability to deliver quality service
  • brand experience preferred
  • knowledge of safe work practices
  • self-motivated, detail oriented, and organized
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to create supportive work environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • monitor food prep and serving areas to ensure food and beverage quality and service standards
  • control profit and loss of food and beverage operations
  • work with sales team to maintain meeting spaces
  • coordinate with corporate team on meal and menu planning
  • manage administrative duties including expense tracking and invoice input
  • maintain inventory, budgeting, and food cost control
  • participate in kitchen and department head meetings
  • handle scheduling for food and beverage department
  • oversee execution of banquets including culinary, setup, execution, and staffing
  • train and develop front and back of house associates with focus on food presentation, preparation methods, and guest service
