Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of hotel and/or food and beverage experience preferred
- refined verbal and written communication skills
- present a professional appearance and confidence
- ability to be on feet for 8+ hours per day and lift 35 or more pounds as needed
- extremely detail oriented and organized
- strong time management and multi-tasking skills
- ability to work early mornings, weekends and holidays consistently
- demonstrate positive leadership characteristics
- ability to quickly learn new computer systems and become the system lead
- understanding of food and beverage operations
- excellent knowledge of outlook and canva
- excellent customer service skills

- managing the point of sale (pos) system
- designing promotional flyers using canva
- managing inventory
- providing customer service execution
- performing restaurant host duties
- collaborating with leadership teams from multiple departments
