Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school education
- minimum of two years restaurant/bar experience leading shifts without supervision
- alcohol awareness certification preferred
- strong verbal communication skills
- ability to work as part of a team
- ability to exceed guest and team expectations
- strong multi-tasking abilities
- availability to work flexible hours and shifts
- knowledge of local alcohol serving regulations
- understanding of federal, state labor laws and local health and sanitation regulations
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supervises, trains, monitors and coaches department staff
- directs and assigns employees as needed to ensure all aspects of service meet operational standards
- oversee food and beverage operations at the hotel including daily breakfast, lunch, dinner, bar service and occasional banquet
- performs department opening and/or closing duties
- reinforces a customer service mentality and ensures all employees are focused on serving the customer at all times
- reports to and works directly with the Assistant General Manager and General Manager
- immediately and respectfully resolves guest requests
- perform various other duties as assigned
