- Previous housekeeping experience within a hotel
- Minimum 3 years experience in a hotel manager or supervisor position

Job Duties
- Oversee housekeeping department to ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and facilities meet high-quality standards
- Assist with overall performance metrics including guest satisfaction, brand quality assurance, budget, and labor management
- Ensure cleaning supplies are company approved and equipment is maintained and available
- Lead, manage, and motivate housekeeping associates with positive engagement to deliver high service levels and retention
- Execute housekeeping training aligned with brand and company standards
- Maintain compliance with brand and company initiatives
- Foster positive associate relationships to enhance satisfaction
- Monitor safety and security standards
- Support guest experience and satisfaction
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
- Coordinate with front desk to ensure room readiness and respond to guest requests
- Report maintenance issues promptly using appropriate tools
- Embody McKibbon’s Guiding Principles in all actions
