Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced event and bar environment
Job Qualifications
- Valid MAST Permit and required alcohol service certifications
- Experience in hospitality, events, food and beverage, or related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and occasional weekends
Job Duties
- Plan and execute corporate events, social gatherings, meetings, and special occasions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from booking through post-event follow-up
- Coordinate event logistics including room setup, catering, vendors, decor, and AV
- Prepare and distribute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
- Conduct site tours for prospective clients
- Ensure event spaces are organized, set, and presentation-ready
- Deliver exceptional guest service before, during, and after events
- Bartend approximately 2-3 times per week, including event bar service
- Maintain bar cleanliness, inventory, and compliance with alcohol service laws
