Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced event and bar environment

Job Qualifications

  • Valid MAST Permit and required alcohol service certifications
  • Experience in hospitality, events, food and beverage, or related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and occasional weekends

Job Duties

  • Plan and execute corporate events, social gatherings, meetings, and special occasions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from booking through post-event follow-up
  • Coordinate event logistics including room setup, catering, vendors, decor, and AV
  • Prepare and distribute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
  • Conduct site tours for prospective clients
  • Ensure event spaces are organized, set, and presentation-ready
  • Deliver exceptional guest service before, during, and after events
  • Bartend approximately 2-3 times per week, including event bar service
  • Maintain bar cleanliness, inventory, and compliance with alcohol service laws
