Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree and/or two years of hotel or food and beverage experience
  • proficiency in general computer knowledge and Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum two years hotel or food and beverage experience
  • experience in event sales or event planning preferred
  • proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to handle fast-paced environments
  • organized with strong attention to detail

  • knowledge of hotel operational departments
  • understanding of meeting room setups and sleeping room configurations

Job Duties

  • assist with banquet food and beverage setups
  • coordinate meeting room setups
  • plan menus and agendas
  • manage hotel meeting services and hospitality amenities
  • address special VIP requests
  • review contracts and facilitate communication with hotel staff
  • create basic graphic design materials for events
