Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in event coordination or administrative support preferred
  • strong customer service skills
  • excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • effective communicator both verbally and in writing
  • proficiency with computer software and event management systems
  • flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • refined verbal and written communication skills
  • proficient knowledge of computer applications
  • able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • preferred candidates will have at least one year of event coordinating experience
