- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- proficiency with computer systems

Job Duties
- representing the Hyatt brand and connecting with meeting planners to ensure a positive hotel image
- maintaining close contact with all hotel departments to fulfill planner and hotel requests
- monitoring all event spaces and ensuring event details meet planner expectations
- addressing concerns quickly and finding creative solutions
- providing information about the hotel and the city to planners and guests
- serving as the liaison between onsite meeting planners and hotel departments
- checking event setups prior to planner arrival
