  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
  • proficiency with computer systems
  • attention to detail
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties

  • representing the Hyatt brand and connecting with meeting planners to ensure a positive hotel image
  • maintaining close contact with all hotel departments to fulfill planner and hotel requests
  • monitoring all event spaces and ensuring event details meet planner expectations
  • addressing concerns quickly and finding creative solutions
  • providing information about the hotel and the city to planners and guests
  • serving as the liaison between onsite meeting planners and hotel departments
  • checking event setups prior to planner arrival
