Job Duties
- Painting and finishing excellence
- prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming
- apply paint, stain, varnish, and specialty finishes using professional techniques
- match colors and maintain consistency with Omni design standards
- perform touch-ups and repainting to keep guest areas pristine
- inspect painted surfaces regularly for wear and damage
- assist with minor wall and trim repairs prior to painting
- respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests
- assist with basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical tasks as needed
- follow Omni safety protocols and use proper PPE
- maintain compliance with local building and fire codes
- track paint supplies and tools, ensuring proper storage and cleanliness
- coordinate with vendors for specialty finishes and materials
