Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in maintenance or repair work preferred
- Knowledge in HVAC, electrical, carpentry, drywalling, painting, plumbing, roofing, and landscaping
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical malfunctions
- Ability to recognize and act upon potential safety hazards and security issues
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Availability for full-time or part-time work
- No travel required
Job Qualifications

- Experience in maintenance or engineering roles preferred
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, roofing, and landscaping
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems
- Strong attention to safety and security protocols
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Ensure maintenance and repair services level is maintained including electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, heating and cooling, structural, facilities, ground and parking areas
- Ensure timely response to requests for service by guests, employees, and management including repair or replacement of interior fixtures and furnishings
- Implement ongoing preventive maintenance program
- Maintain emergency procedures and equipment and assist with the implementation of all emergency procedures for safety of guests and employees
- Monitor and maintain high levels of cleanliness and maintenance
- Conduct inspections, investigate complaints and implement corrective actions
- Maintain exterior grounds to assure cleanliness
- Remove snow and salt as needed, including early arrival for snow removal before guest checkout
- Ensure indoor pool functions properly and is clean
- Maintain fitness center exercise equipment
