Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in maintenance or engineering roles is preferred
  • technical or vocational training in engineering or related discipline is advantageous
  • physical fitness and ability to perform tasks requiring lifting, bending, climbing, and operating equipment
  • strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to respond promptly to emergencies
  • customer service skills
  • familiarity with safety protocols

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • previous experience in hotel maintenance, facilities management, or a similar role is advantageous
  • strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems

Job Duties

  • Conduct routine inspections of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to identify issues
  • perform repairs and maintenance tasks including fixing leaks, replacing faulty components, and troubleshooting equipment failures
  • ensure all building systems are operational and comply with safety regulations
  • respond promptly to emergency situations such as power outages, water leaks, and fire alarms
  • collaborate with other departments and emergency services to address critical situations effectively
  • address maintenance requests from guests promptly, resolving issues to ensure comfort and satisfaction
  • communicate effectively with housekeeping, front desk, and other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure smooth operations
