Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in maintenance or engineering roles is preferred
- technical or vocational training in engineering or related discipline is advantageous
- physical fitness and ability to perform tasks requiring lifting, bending, climbing, and operating equipment
- strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- excellent communication skills
- ability to respond promptly to emergencies
- customer service skills
- familiarity with safety protocols
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Conduct routine inspections of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to identify issues
- perform repairs and maintenance tasks including fixing leaks, replacing faulty components, and troubleshooting equipment failures
- ensure all building systems are operational and comply with safety regulations
- respond promptly to emergency situations such as power outages, water leaks, and fire alarms
- collaborate with other departments and emergency services to address critical situations effectively
- address maintenance requests from guests promptly, resolving issues to ensure comfort and satisfaction
- communicate effectively with housekeeping, front desk, and other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure smooth operations
