Job Duties
- manage the Hotel Host Stand and guest check-in and check-out
- oversee the Placery Café, Guest Kitchen, e-room, and TV den to maintain a welcoming environment
- service and prepare meeting rooms for guest use
- provide exceptional and personalized guest service
- drive the airport shuttle requiring a DOT exam
- communicate effectively with guests to address their needs
- maintain a clean, comfortable, and inviting hotel atmosphere
