Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to pass background check
- Adherence to company uniform and grooming standards
- Willingness to use personal cell phone for work communication if needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in hospitality, parking, or customer service preferred
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in three years
- Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work all shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and adherence to uniform and grooming standards
Job Duties
- Assist guests with luggage handling to ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences
- Greet guests warmly and provide directions and information about hotel amenities
- Coordinate guest transportation and departures effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and bell stand areas
- Monitor safety and security by following proper procedures and assisting during emergencies
- Respond promptly to guest requests and provide concierge support
- Collaborate with front desk and valet teams to enhance guest satisfaction
