Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Clean background check
  • No more than three moving violations in the last three years
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Maintain professional appearance and grooming
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Use of personal cell phone for work communication

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality, parking, or customer service preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties

  • Assist guests with luggage handling and support check-in and check-out processes
  • Greet guests and explain hotel amenities
  • Coordinate departures and arrange transportation
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and provide concierge support
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entry area
  • Ensure safety and security by monitoring entrances and assisting during emergencies
  • Collaborate with valet and front desk teams to enhance guest experience
