Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license for the applicable state
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High school diploma or equivalent minimum
- Proven track record in hotel management or related roles
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities
Job Qualifications
- At least 6 years of progressive experience in hotel or related field, or a 4-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience, or a 2-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient with hospitality management software and reporting tools
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- Commitment to delivering outstanding guest service
Job Duties
- Boost revenue, cut costs, and keep finances in excellent condition
- Develop and implement effective sales plans and manage budgets
- Utilize reporting tools and technology to improve operational efficiency
- Ensure exceptional guest service and promptly resolve guest issues
- Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve performance goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, community leaders, and stakeholders
