Job Requirements

  • Valid driver's license for the applicable state
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent minimum
  • Proven track record in hotel management or related roles
  • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities

Job Qualifications

  • At least 6 years of progressive experience in hotel or related field, or a 4-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience, or a 2-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient with hospitality management software and reporting tools
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding guest service

Job Duties

  • Boost revenue, cut costs, and keep finances in excellent condition
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans and manage budgets
  • Utilize reporting tools and technology to improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and promptly resolve guest issues
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve performance goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, community leaders, and stakeholders
