Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a kitchen supervisory role
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- strong organizational skills
- leadership capabilities
Job Qualifications
- experience as an executive chef or similar culinary management role
- strong knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety standards
- ability to manage food costs and inventory
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
- experience in banquet and large-scale food service operations
Job Duties
- supervise and assist in the preparation of all food items based on standardized recipes
- maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in kitchen, work, and storage areas
- minimize waste and maximize cost-to-production ratio
- plan meals and assist the Food & Beverage Manager with pricing and banquets
- ensure adherence to quality and presentation standards
- work required hours to fulfill job responsibilities including overtime for OEM associates
- manage kitchen staff and train culinary team
